Sherri  Zengeler--Certified Paralegal

Education:  Attended Metro State College in Denver, Colorado on a full academic scholarship, where I studied speech communications with an emphasis on telecommunications, television and radio broadcast from 1988 to 1991.  In 2002, I graduated with honors from University of Nevada Las Vegas as a Certified Paralegal, with the highest GPA in my class. 

Employed at Great Lakes Legal Team since January of 2005, and have been practicing as a Paralegal since 2003.  My duties include assisting the attorneys with the following areas of law:

• Criminal Law
• Drivers License Restoration
• Personal Injury
• General Civil Law
• Real Estate
• Court of Appeals

My responsibilities at Great Lakes Legal Team also include preparing all pleadings and Court documents, scheduling and occasionally attending depositions, docketing and calendaring Court dates, assisting in Trial Preparation, communicating with the Courts, clients, and government offices, and legal research. 

Hobbies:  My hobbies include aerobics and dance, following football, hockey, and basketball, playing darts and cards, interior decorating and home improvement, reading, studying art and attending art museums, traveling, skiing (cross country and downhill) and bird watching.  I also love to spend time with my friends and my toy fox terrier, Milo.

Charities:  I've been an active member of the United States Humane Society since 1997, a member of the Michigan Humane Society since 2004, and I enjoy donating my time to the Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation and Toys for Tots.
